Privacy, explained clearly.

1. Overview

MITH is a personal planning and wellbeing app developed by Ehroz Niyozbekov. MITH does not require a developer-operated account, does not display advertising and does not sell your personal information.

2. Information you create

Depending on the features you use, MITH may process tasks, plans, calendar items, goals, habits, notes, budgets, meal and nutrition logs, profile preferences, and other information you enter. This content is stored on your device and may sync through your private Apple iCloud/CloudKit account when iCloud sync is enabled.

3. Apple Health

Health features are optional. With your explicit permission, MITH may read or write the health and fitness categories you select in Apple Health. Health information is used to show your chosen wellbeing and nutrition features. MITH does not use Health data for advertising and does not sell it. You can review or revoke access at any time in the Health app or iOS Settings.

4. Device permissions

MITH may request access only when a related feature needs it:

• Calendar access to show or create events you choose.
• Location access for location-based reminders you configure.
• Microphone and speech recognition for voice input or dictation.
• Photos or camera access when you choose an image or scan content.
• Notifications for reminders, plans and alerts you enable.

You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

5. App Lock and security

If you enable App Lock, MITH stores the local lock credential securely in Apple Keychain and can use Face ID or Touch ID through Apple’s authentication system. MITH does not receive or store your biometric data.

6. Sharing and third parties

MITH does not include third-party advertising or analytics services. Information may be handled by Apple services that you enable, such as iCloud, CloudKit, Apple Health and system notification services, under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. MITH does not transfer your private app content to a developer-operated server.

7. Retention and deletion

Your information remains until you delete it. You can remove records or use data controls inside MITH. Health records can be managed in Apple Health. Synced app information can also be managed through your Apple ID and iCloud settings. Removing the app may remove local data, but synced iCloud or Health information can remain until deleted through the relevant Apple controls.

8. Children

MITH is a general productivity tool and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate accounts or collect information from children on our own servers.
